Question 1

How is Nekros different from other AI companies?

Accepted Answer

Most AI companies start with what they can build. We start with how your business actually works. Before recommending anything, we look at how work moves, where decisions happen, what your team is doing manually and where AI can genuinely change the operation. Then we design and build around what we find. We're not tied to a platform or interested in adding AI for the sake of having AI. The technology follows the problem, not the other way around.

Question 2

How do we know if we're ready for AI?

Accepted Answer

You don't need perfect operations. And you definitely don't need to have everything figured out. You do need an established business with enough structure for us to see what's working, what's getting in the way and what AI could change. If the business itself is still being invented in real time, it's too early.

Question 3

What happens after implementation?

Accepted Answer

We don't have to disappear once the build goes live. Through Aftercare Ops™, we can stay inside the operation to monitor performance, maintain what we've built and refine it as the business changes. And when there's more worth building, we can expand from there. The goal isn't to keep you dependent on us. It's to make sure what we built keeps doing its job, and that when something needs attention, you already know who's there to handle it.

Question 4

How much internal time will this require?

Accepted Answer

We'll need access to the people who know the business best, but we don't need to consume their calendars. We keep their involvement focused: enough to understand how the work actually happens, make the right decisions and validate what we build. We do the heavy lifting. Your team shouldn't have to carry another major project just to change the way the business works.

Question 5

How quickly will we see result?

Accepted Answer

Some results show up quickly. Others reveal themselves once the system is doing real work inside the business. The timeline depends on what we're changing, but we won't drag out what can move fast or rush what needs more care.

Question 6

Our systems are messy. Can we still do this?

Accepted Answer

Most are. And no, you don't need to fix them first. We start with what actually exists, not what the process map says should exist. From there, we decide what stays, what changes and what gets replaced.

Question 7

We tried AI before and it didn't work. Why would this be any different?

Accepted Answer

Because this time, AI isn't the project. Your business is. We start with the operation, decide where AI actually belongs and build from there. Then we stay through implementation, adoption and refinement until what we've built works where it matters, inside the business.

Question 8

Do you accept every company that applies?

Accepted Answer

No. We care more about the right fit than filling the pipeline. Some businesses are too early. Some aren't ready for the change the work requires. And sometimes we're simply not the right partner. We'd rather tell you that upfront than sell you something you don't need.

Question 9

Will AI replace our team?

Accepted Answer

AI will replace some work. Pretending otherwise would be dishonest. But removing work and removing people aren't the same thing. We look for the tasks, handoffs and processes that no longer need human attention, then redesign the work around what people are actually better at. What that means for your team depends on what we find.

Question 10

What level of investment should I expect?

Accepted Answer

The initial audit ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 and is credited in full toward implementation if you move forward with us. Productized Systems start at $3,000, and fully custom engagements start at $5,000. Ongoing aftercare starts at $2,000 per month and scales based on the complexity of your systems and the level of support involved. You'll know exactly what we're proposing, what it costs and why before you commit. We don't build systems to become another expense. We build them to create more value than they cost.
